Agency Charter

History

Since the inception of the Galactic Republic, the DarkNet Agency (DNA) has provided strategic intelligence to key stakeholders upholding the true values of the Galactic Constitution. DNA, recently relocated to Ziost, continues to serve the Galactic Republic and the common enterprise by providing sound information for strategic, operational, and tactical advantages.

Vision

One Agency. One Community. An Agency unmatched in its core capabilities, functioning as one team, fully integrated into the Sith Empire.

Mission

We are the galaxy’s first line of defense. We accomplish what others cannot accomplish and go where others cannot go. We carry out our mission by:

  • Collecting information that reveals the plans, intentions and capabilities of our adversaries and provides the basis for decision and action.
  • Producing timely analysis that provides insight, warning and opportunity to the decision makers charged with protecting and advancing The Empire’s interests.
  • Conducting covert action at the direction of the Emperor to preempt threats or achieve The Empire’s policy objectives.

Core Values

  • Service. We put The Empire first and The Agency before self. Quiet patriotism is our hallmark. We are dedicated to the mission, and we pride ourselves on our extraordinary responsiveness to the needs of our customers.
  • Integrity. We uphold the highest standards of conduct. We seek and speak the truth—to our colleagues and to our customers. We honor those Agency officers who have come before us and we honor the colleagues with whom we work today.
  • Excellence. We hold ourselves—and each other—to the highest standards. We embrace personal accountability. We reflect on our performance and learn from that reflection.

Policy

The purpose for this guild-wide policy (”guild” and “agency” may be used interchangeably to interface with the requirements of SWTOR) is to outline the rules that will be followed by all guild members. The goal of this policy is to maximize a community-centric player experience, both in-game and out. Violators may be reported, depending on the severity, to BioWare, or to his or her local, state, or federal authority. You may not:

  • Post, transmit, promote, or distribute content that is illegal.
  • Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another SWTOR member or guest that is unwanted. This includes: saying bad things about Members or guests, repeatedly sending them unwanted messages, attacking their race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Remember: if you disagree with someone, keep your response targeted at the subject, not the person.
  • Transmit or facilitate distribution of content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person’s view, objectionable. Hate speech is not tolerated.
  • Engage, promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.
  • You may not give false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for Guild admission. Posting profanity or otherwise objectionable content in your profile is also prohibited. You are responsible to make sure your account information, especially your email address, is up-to-date.
